TechCrunch is reminding startups that the last day to reserve an exhibit table for Disrupt 2026 is Friday, September 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Disrupt runs October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco and is positioned as a three-day gathering of founders, investors, operators and other technology leaders.
Exhibiting places a team in a high-traffic area of the Expo Hall for the event’s full run and includes a branded 6′ × 30″ table for demos and face-to-face conversations. The exhibit package also provides tools and visibility intended to support follow-up after the show: lead capture through the Disrupt app, a company profile on the event website and mobile app, access to the TechCrunch Disrupt press list, and branding across the website, event app and on-site signage.
Additional benefits bundled with an exhibit table include 10 team passes so staff can both run the table and attend sessions, plus a Silver Tier sponsor designation and other event recognition. Organizers say the setup is meant to help startups meet prospects, secure meetings with investors or partners, and convert Expo Hall traffic into leads.
For organizations not ready to exhibit, Disrupt will still be open to attendees: the conference will feature more than 300 startups on the Expo floor, six industry stages, AI-powered matchmaking for networking, and Startup Battlefield 200. Organizers note that exhibit tables are limited, and the deadline to apply is this Friday, September 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
