Kamui Finance Brings Three Institutional Real-World Asset Vaults Live Onchain, Integrated With DigiFT, Hastra Prime, Midas
Kamui Finance launched three onchain real-world asset (RWA) vaults — Stable, Balanced and Boosted — along with an operating layer that centralizes issuer onboarding, fund flows, settlement and reporting. Built on Ethereum with integrations including DigiFT, Midas and Hastra Prime, the vaults aim to give professional and sophisticated investors different risk and liquidity exposures to tokenized assets while making distribution easier for platforms.

Why It Matters
The announcement addresses an industry bottleneck: fragmented operational requirements across issuers and tokenization platforms that have limited broad distribution of tokenized real-world yields. By standardizing integration and presenting curated eligible assets through a single connection, Kamui seeks to lower the operational barrier for fintechs, neobanks, wallets and market venues.
Key Facts
- Launch date and location: MAJURO, September 22, 2026
- Number of vaults: Three (Stable, Balanced, Boosted)
- Blockchain and integrations: Built on Ethereum; integrations include DigiFT, Midas and Hastra Prime
- Initial TVL: Six figures
- Vault strategies: Stable (US T-bills and money market funds), Balanced (diversified across asset classes), Boosted (private credit paired with DeFi liquidity)
Kamui Finance has put its first three real-world asset (RWA) vaults into production onchain and rolled out an accompanying operating layer designed to simplify distribution and operations for institutional-grade tokenized assets. The vaults, named Stable, Balanced and Boosted, run a spectrum from high liquidity to higher target yield: Stable focuses on tokenized US Treasury bills and money market funds for fully liquid income; Balanced allocates across asset classes to trade off yield and liquidity; and Boosted pairs private-credit exposures with DeFi liquidity for the highest target return. Kamui said the vaults are live with six figures in initial total value locked and that AML controls are applied at the vault level.
Kamui’s operating layer centralizes functions that have so far remained fragmented across tokenization providers and issuers. The platform handles issuer onboarding, fund flows, technical connectivity, net asset value calculation, settlement and reporting once at Kamui’s layer and then exposes those services through a single integration to distribution partners. Kamui positioned this as a solution to the current operational burden that requires platforms to run separate integrations for each issuer and tokenized asset.
The product is built on Ethereum and integrates with third-party providers including DigiFT, Midas and Hastra Prime. Kamui also publishes an unweighted index of eligible RWAs: assets become eligible after off-chain diligence of the underlying asset and onchain checks of the token wrapper, and vaults select from that index according to their mandates. Kamui described the approach as a way to present curated asset building blocks to platforms such as fintechs, neobanks, wallet providers and market venues without requiring those firms to operate the underlying RWA infrastructure themselves.
Kamui’s launch attracted commentary from partners. Reid Simon, President, Digital Assets at Figure, said Kamui’s operated and audited vault infrastructure helps make institutional-grade assets available to platforms and investors, and cited Hastra as an allocation partner. Henry Zhang, Founder & CEO of DigiFT, said the collaboration helps connect institutional onchain strategies with the platforms investors use. Kamui’s team includes professionals with experience at Goldman Sachs, OKX, Kraken and Emurgo. Access to the vaults is available to professional and sophisticated investors in eligible jurisdictions, and interested parties are directed to Kamui’s website for onboarding.
