The clock is ticking: Final 24 hours to exhibit at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026
TechCrunch is closing exhibit table bookings for Disrupt 2026 tonight, Friday, September 18, at 11:59 p.m. PT; after that deadline startups cannot add themselves to the event's Expo Hall. Disrupt runs October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco and expects more than 10,000 founders, investors, operators and tech leaders to attend.

Why It Matters
Exhibiting provides startups three days of in-person exposure to a concentrated audience of potential customers, partners and investors, plus app-based lead generation and direct VC access. With tables allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and limited availability, the deadline determines which startups can secure a presence on the Expo floor.

TechCrunch Disrupt is giving startups until tonight, September 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT to reserve exhibit tables for the event’s Expo Hall. After the deadline passes, organizers say startups will no longer be able to add exhibit space; tables are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
The in-person conference takes place October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco and anticipates more than 10,000 attendees including founders, investors, operators and other tech executives. Organizers position the Expo Hall as a three-day opportunity for companies to demo products, collect leads and open talks with potential customers, partners and backers.
The advertised $12,500 exhibit package includes a 6' x 30" table for the full three days and ten team passes. Additional listed benefits include lead generation through Disrupt’s app and website, app branding, direct access to VCs, press-list access and Silver Tier sponsor branding; founders exhibiting can also access the Deal Flow Café and Investor-to-Founder Networking.
For those not exhibiting, Disrupt will still host programming across six industry stages with more than 200 sessions and 250+ speakers, along with 300+ startups and the Startup Battlefield 200. Regular ticket prices are scheduled to increase after September 25, with promotional pricing advertised as saving up to $200 when purchased before that date.
