A legal analysis by Adalah, the Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel, says Israeli universities have adopted a two-tier disciplinary regime that disproportionately targets Palestinian students since the war on Gaza began in October 2023. The report documents more than 130 inquiries from Palestinian students at roughly 40 institutions and argues the system strips Palestinians of basic procedural protections while safeguarding Jewish Israeli students under normal legal processes.
