Cronos, the Crypto.com–backed blockchain, erased nearly two hours of transaction history to undo about $111.2 million tied to an exploit on the Tectonic lending protocol, the network said in a post-mortem. Validators stopped the chain, rolled back 10,961 blocks and restored state, but roughly $9.19 million that left Cronos before the halt remains unrecovered.
