Matt Mullenweg posted in Automattic’s internal Slack that he is back in control of the WordPress.com parent company, according to a screenshot seen by TechCrunch and confirmed by two sources. The message comes days after the company’s board voted to place Mullenweg on paid leave and name CFO Mark Davies interim CEO; Automattic has not publicly confirmed the apparent reversal.
