China's 13-year-old swimmer Yu Zidi won the 400m individual medley at the Asian Games in an event-record 4:28.56, completing a sweep of her three individual races. Her time lowered the previous Asian Games mark set by Ye Shiwen in 2014 by about 4.5 seconds and left her nearly four seconds clear of the silver medallist.
