Rush, pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud for orchestrating a fake top-secret program to siphon nearly $200 million in government funds and assets, including hundreds of gold bars. Prosecutors say Rush used his position and fabricated credentials to set up a compartmentalized special access program and funnel government money and gold into his own possession.
