Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-Wis.), who is running for governor of Wisconsin, said on Sunday that he and others aboard survived after their plane made an emergency landing on a lake over the weekend. Tiffany said they were fortunate and expressed gratitude to first responders, including the fire department, who assisted at the scene.
