A legal dispute over control of crypto asset manager Ondo Finance has escalated after founder Nathan Allman died intestate in May at age 32. His mother, Kathleen Allman, is battling acting CEO Ian De Bode in Delaware court while her daughter and an Ondo investor have petitioned a Hawaiian court to place Kathleen’s inherited stake under a limited conservatorship, alleging cognitive decline and financial mismanagement.
