Mecka AI, a robot-data startup founded in 2024, raised $60 million in a Series B round led by Sequoia with participation from Nvidia, Microsoft’s M12 and others, the company announced on October 7, 2026. The firm collects human motion data by paying people to record everyday tasks while wearing body sensors and using smartphones, and uses that data to train humanoid and other robots.
