Databricks said on Thursday it has acquired Row Zero, an early-stage cloud spreadsheet startup, and plans to pursue additional acquisitions. The company intends to integrate Row Zero with its in-house AI agent, Genie, to let users query and manipulate secure data in a familiar spreadsheet interface.
