Kinetiq, a liquid staking protocol, has opened its Elysium testnet on Arbitrum Orbit and released a chain ID, an RPC endpoint and a block explorer for the network. The rollout comes roughly a month after the team commented that HyperEVM's throughput limits make sustained high-frequency activity unlikely.
