Chinese hardware maker FunnyPlaying has unveiled the FPGB Mini, a cartridge-playing handheld that runs original Game Boy and Game Boy Color cartridges and ROMs using FPGA technology. The device emphasizes pocketability—being only slightly wider than a Game Boy cartridge—and undercuts higher-priced rivals with an introductory discounted price that quickly sold out.
