The Solana Foundation has appointed Rachel Conlan, formerly Binance's global chief marketing officer, as chief strategy officer, and hired Jamal Raees from Polygon Labs as general manager of payments. The moves are part of a push to broaden institutional adoption and payments use cases as the network implements performance upgrades and markets onchain adoption as a "Token Supercycle."
