The Justice Department said Friday it removed an Afghan woman in the first-ever Alien Terrorist Removal Court (ATRC) case, and publicly noted the resolution on the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. The department identified the individual as 47-year-old Nazira Haji Zada of Fort Worth, Texas, and said she had been deported the previous month.
