Lightspeed is raising a new India-focused early-stage fund, Lightspeed India Partners V, targeting $250 million and with about 80% of that target already committed, according to an investor letter seen by TechCrunch. The firm said the vehicle will emphasize AI investments across India and Southeast Asia and will follow a shorter investment period aligned with Lightspeed's global fundraising cycle.
