Arlington, Virginia-based maritime intelligence startup Quartermaster has closed a $140 million Series B round after a $43 million Series A in May. The financing, led by Insight Partners with participation from defense-focused Overmatch Ventures and existing backers, includes a $40 million debt facility from Stifel.
