Dutch deeptech firm Morphotonics has raised €40 million in an extended funding round to scale production of its nanoimprint lithography (NIL) equipment and move into optical components for data centers. The round included participation from 3M Ventures, Innovation Industries, BOM, Invest-NL, the EIC Fund, Ernij Next and the European Investment Bank.
