A technical fault at National Air Traffic Services (NATS) on Tuesday disrupted flights across major UK airports, forcing hundreds of cancellations and delays at hubs including Heathrow and Gatwick. NATS said the problem with its flight data processing system has been resolved and recovery is under way.
