Payward, the parent company of Kraken, said it intends to offer U.S. customers access to onchain perpetual futures markets built on the Hyperliquid protocol, pending regulatory approval. The contracts would be listed under the CFTC-regulated Bitnomial Exchange and client accounts carried by NinjaTrader Clearing.
