MoonPay plans to acquire private-markets investment platform North Capital in an all-stock transaction valued at just over $60 million, sources told CoinDesk. North Capital, which reports about $9 billion in primary and secondary transaction volume, would become a wholly owned MoonPay subsidiary after the deal closes and regulatory approvals are obtained.
