The United Kingdom said it will ban imports of products made in Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank, with the measure due to take effect within six to nine months, Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband told Parliament. Eleven other countries, mostly EU members, endorsed the two-state solution and announced plans to restrict trade in settlement goods; several European states had already introduced national bans.
