Valor Equity Partners, the venture firm led by Antonio Gracias, is distributing a portion of its SpaceX shares directly to its limited partners rather than returning proceeds in cash, an SEC filing reviewed by Bloomberg shows. The firm transferred roughly 8.5% of its SpaceX stake — estimated at about $8.5 billion — while retaining more than 460 million shares.
