Oracle has issued a force majeure notice to the developer of Project Jupiter, the Stargate data center campus in New Mexico, Bloomberg reported. The notice would let Oracle defer payments if the facility fails to meet its 2028 in-service target, though the company says it remains committed and does not intend to leave the project.
