Former President Donald Trump publicly mourned Jim Copenhaver, a 76-year-old attendee who was shot at a 2024 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, during an assassination attempt on Trump. Copenhaver died earlier this week, one of two people wounded at the event in which a bullet grazed Trump’s ear.
