MoonPay has agreed to acquire private-markets infrastructure provider North Capital in an all-stock transaction valued at more than $60 million, the companies said. The deal will fold North Capitals registered US broker-dealer, alternative trading system, transfer agent and adviser operations into MoonPay as it extends into issuance, custody and secondary trading of private and tokenized securities.
