Strategy (MSTR) is asking shareholders to approve a change to daily dividend accrual and payment timing for its four U.S.-listed preferred stocks, including STRC, with a vote set for Oct. 28. The proposal would not change dividend rates or total regular payouts but would have dividends accrue every calendar day and be paid on the next business day, with STRC's first daily dividend slated for Nov. 2 if approved.
