Israeli forces said they detonated more than 1,100 tonnes of explosives on the Ali al-Taher ridge in southern Lebanon to destroy what they described as Hezbollah tunnels. The blasts were strong enough to register as a magnitude-4.1 tremor, Al Jazeera reports from the area.
