Documents filed by the U.S. Department of Justice show a letter from the Al-Qassam Brigades advising donors to avoid using Binance to transfer funds and instead use apps such as Trust Wallet, Bybit, OKX, Kast and Redotpay to send Tether USDT on the TRC-20 (Tron) network to an external wallet. The guidance appears in full within a DoJ asset-forfeiture filing dated Sept. 9 and includes instructions to obscure recipient information to avoid wallet blocking.
