The Pentagon on Thursday issued revised guidance that mandates testosterone deficiency screening for male active-duty and reserve service members older than 30. The department said the new instruction restores screening requirements after an earlier guidance issued this month was temporarily rescinded and aims to create consistent screening and treatment processes across the Defense Health Agency.
