MoneyGram has launched a virtual Visa card in Colombia that lets users spend a dollar balance held in the MoneyGram app, with funds backed by a stablecoin. The card uses wallets run by Crossmint, moves funds over the Stellar network, and connects to Visa through Rain, and MoneyGram says broader rollouts are planned in coming months.
