Shareholders of blank-check company Armada Acquisition Corp. II approved a business combination that will take Evernorth public as an XRP treasury company. The merger is slated to close on Oct. 7, with the combined firm expected to begin trading on Nasdaq as XRPN on Oct. 8, subject to remaining closing conditions.
