Ripple updated its XRP Ledger AI Starter Kit (v1.1) to add support for the Machine Payments Protocol (MPP) co-authored by Stripe and Tempo, and integrated the Open Wallet Standard. The beta release lets AI agents pay for online services using XRP and ledger-issued tokens such as Ripple’s dollar-pegged RLUSD, with one-time payments and session-based XRP payments supported.
