Internet access in Pakistan-administered Kashmir has been largely cut off for more than 100 days, with mobile data and broadband suspended since early June amid protests over electoral reform. Staggered voting was held in three rounds, concluding with a final phase on August 10, but the partial blackout remains in place even after a new government formed.
