The United Arab Emirates plans to invest an additional $25 billion in India, including funding for the energy sector, Indian Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal said at a high-level meeting in Mumbai. The announcement follows roughly $25 billion of UAE investment already in India and forms part of a long-term UAE goal to reach $100 billion in Indian investments.
